What we provide
We provide furnished and unfurnished apartments in the Eielson Air Force Base area in north pole. Our units are 1 mile from Eielson's main gate. Both buildings are 4 plexes and water is supplies by the city of North Pole. Each unit has 2 parking spaces off street with headbolt outlets for vehicle heaters. Our buildings have secure entranceways and each unit has keyless locks. They also have video surveillance. We provide Water, Sewer, Snow Plowing and Heat. Each building includes free washer and dryer facilities in the shared common hallway. Renters have the option to put electric in their own account with Golden Valley Electric Association or we can include a fee in the rental cost. High speed internet is available.
